Music Success in 9 weeks Blog 1!

So it has finally begun!!

Blog one is finally being written, right now... by me.

What this blog is about is to show YOU, my fan, (hopefully fans).. and Ariel Hyatt (an amazing PR guru who specialises in using the net for marketing and all kinds of thangs) how much I can improve my celebrity status and build on my skills and marketing through the WWW.

Last time I checked there were about 85 or so people taking part in MUSIC SUCCESS IN 9 WEEKS exercise and it's really a cool idea. Ariel Hyatt wrote the book herself.

I've achieved stage one in the Music Success in 9 Weeks bible. In Week One my task was to write all of my goals for one year of music. It wasn't very hard for me to write my goals and it's already helped a lot to get me motivated and focused like a Jedi.

A lot of people know their goals and many don't or just don't think about them, but writing your goals down somewhere apparently makes it 10 times more likely that the goals will be achieved, says Ariel.

These are my goals

GOALs

1. Finish writing my wickedest songs by September

2. Record demo's of the songs at my sister's or father's house (they both have little home studios) by October

3. Assemble a team of amazing musicians that can fullfill my every sound need!

4. Put those people in front of clever little contraptions which record them and have them make sounds which I can put on a disk. November

Then pretty much the rest is just releasing the EP and touring it and getting some exposure on radio and hopefully TV.

Week 1 completed!

Check back next week and i will be showing you more.

Sounds fantastic! Most people don't get around to doing anything positive really. They just think things will happen... and they don't. So, best of luck.
